As we navigate through this new year, it is important that we reinsure safety, peaceful, and professional services at all times. Please review the following policies, and feel free to reach out to your stylist with questions or concerns. - Health & Illness Policy If you are feeling sick, have symptoms of illness (including cough, fever, sore throat, flu-like symptoms, or stomach issues) please reschedule your appointment! Everyone's health should be their top priority, so there will be no penalty for rescheduling due to illness with proper notice. - No Extra Guests To ensure everyone's safety at all times, no extra guests, children, or visitors are allowed at appointments unless explicitly discussed and approved in advance. - Arrival Time Please arrive ON TIME for your scheduled appointment. Early arrivals MAY NOT be accommodated. Always text your stylist upon arrival, if you need to arrive early for any reason, please let your stylist know in advance. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled & your deposit forfeited. Please be mindful that we have clients scheduled before and after you, and their time and privacy need to be respected as well. - Deposit Policy All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Appointments made without a paid deposit are unsecured and may result in cancellation!!! - Payment Methods Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay (accepted by Teri only), Cash App (accepted by Sky only), Zelle, Cash, or the booking link provided. Remaining balances are due on or before the date of your service. - Hair Preparation Please arrive with your hair properly prepped as instructed by your loctician. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling. - Respect the Space Please be mindful that we work in shared environments. Cleanliness, respectful behaviors, and low noise levels are appreciated. - Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 12hr notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no call, no text, no-shows will result in forfeiture of deposit and risk of being dropped permanently as a client. Cancellation Policy
TNHB charges a 20% cancellation fee for no-shows and same day cancellations.
